Why?
Why another podcast? Well, White Hodge Podcasts, and specifically Profane Faith, began in 2017 in response to a tumultuous time in society—marked by societal upheaval and the election of a controversial president. Profane Faith was created by and for People of Color and Ethnic Minorities. While everyone is welcome to listen, this platform primarily serves our community.

I’m a Black, cishet-identified, PhD-holding, highly educated dude. That’s just something to keep in mind if you’re tuning in to “see what’s up.” I invite you to listen to an episode, check out some of my books, and explore what other authors are saying about these topics. After that, maybe we can get to know each other beyond just a transactional exchange of ratings—building a real connection through these conversations.

I mean, yeah…but, there are also episodes that are specific in topic, premise, and current events.
Can I be on the show?
MMMMM….I’ma say no, but maybe. After season 4, guests became much more picked rather than just having an open call. You may not be the right fit for us and/ or, haven’t even begun deconstruction on any phase. So….yeah, you wouldn’t fit and there are still plenty of cheesy ass Xtian podcasts that will host you. This is not one of them, cuh.
